Carlos Ayres is a founding partner of the law firm Maeda, Ayres & Sarubbi in São Paulo, Brazil. He was featured in the 2020 GIR 40 under 40 and has worked on some of the most significant anti-bribery and investigation cases in Brazil. Mr Ayres has worked in the Enforcement Division of the US Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, DC. He is also a law professor at FGVLaw in São Paulo.
