Britt Rorrison acts for corporate clients and government bodies as a solicitor in Meredith Connell’s private litigation practice. Her clients are involved in a wide range of contract, tort and equitable claims, including claims concerning defective construction, franchising, insolvency, intellectual property and company law. She also appears in the district and high court on criminal proceedings on behalf of the Crown.
She has acted for liquidators in a significant directors’ duties claim currently before the high court; represented a company in claims against its auditors and former executives concerning substantial accounting irregularities; and has acted as crown counsel in district court jury trials and related appearances for criminal proceedings.
Britt has an LLB and BSc from Victoria University of Wellington.
