Ms Berry J Qiao is a partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm, and one of the main members of the firm’s regulatory compliance department. Ms Qiao is experienced in assisting on all aspects of compliance matters, including but not limited to FCPA, commercial bribery, third-party management, cross-border government investigation, data compliance and related corporate issues. She has extensive experience assisting dozens of clients with drafting and constructing their internal compliance policies and procedures, conducting compliance due diligence and compliance review, dealing with cross-border government (including World Bank and Asian Development Bank) investigation, and completing internal compliance training. Several times, Ms Qiao has been seconded to a number of leading global multinational medical devices enterprises to participate in various aspects of compliance control within the company. In recent years, Ms Qiao has carried out dozens of compliance trainings, covering the construction of compliance systems, overseas compliance operations, anti-commercial bribery, cross-border government investigation, internal investigation, trade compliance and export control, data compliance, etc, for companies’ internal training, or at the invitation of the Provincial Department of Commerce, Chamber of International Commerce and other seminar organisers.
