Augusto Loli is one of the main partners of Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas, where he heads the corporate criminal and compliance areas. He has more than 20 years of experience as a lawyer specialising in economic crimes, compliance and complex corporate litigation. He has designed and implemented the defence strategy of several of the most relevant criminal cases that have been developed in our environment and that involve executives of the main national and foreign companies that operate in the financial, infrastructure, telecommunications, industry and commerce sectors of the country.
He graduated from the National University of San Marcos and completed postgraduate studies for the master’s degree in criminal law at the same university. He has been a professor of criminal law at the University of San Ignacio de Loyola and of criminal procedural law at the University of Piura. He has participated as a speaker in several national and international events in his areas of specialism.
In addition to his private practice, he has been an adviser to the Special Multiparty Commission on Citizen Security of the Congress of the Republic and a member of the Consultative Committee of the Justice and Human Rights Commission of the same branch of government. He was also a member of the Government Transfer Commission of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights (2016). He is recognised and recommended by various international publications as a specialist in legal services.
