Audley Sheppard KC is a partner in the London office of Clifford Chance LLP. He is global co-head of the firm’s international arbitration group. He has over 25 years’ experience in the resolution of disputes arising out of major infrastructure and energy projects and international trade and investments, as counsel and arbitrator. He is a frequent speaker and writer on investment protection issues. He is a vice president of the LCIA Court and a visiting professor at the School of International Arbitration, Queen Mary, University of London. Audley has been a member of the ICC Court of Arbitration, co-chair of the IBA arbitration committee and rapporteur of the ILA arbitration committee. He has degrees from the Victoria University, NZ (LLB (Hons) and B Comm) and the University of Cambridge, UK (LLM).
