Arthur helps clients successfully navigate Brazil’s complex legal system. He has been involved in award-winning capital markets deals, cross-border M&A transactions and in some of the country’s highest-profile corruption investigations.He earned his law degree from Mackenzie Presbyterian University, with emphasis in M&A from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (GVlaw) and his MBA (in Economics, Investments and Financial Sector) from the University of São Paulo (FEA-USP). He is pursuing a postgraduate certificate in economic criminal law from IBCCRIM-University of Coimbra. He also spent a few summers studying at top-flight schools such as Harvard, Columbia, UCLA and the London Schools of Economics.A published writer and speaker on corporate law and governance topics, Arthur is an appointed member of the capital markets and corporate governance special commission of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo chapter (OAB/SP), and a member of the young entrepreneurs committee (CJE) and young entrepreneurs economic committee (CEJE) of the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo (FIESP).
