Arianna Vázquez Fernández joined Uría Menéndez in 2016 and has been an associate of the firm since 2020.
She focuses her practice on white-collar crime. Arianna specialises in criminal law litigation, particularly corporate crime, advising and representing corporate clients and their directors, managers and employees before Spanish courts. She has experience in relevant criminal proceedings dealing with a wide range of criminal offences (e.g., offences against the market and consumers, tax fraud, corporate criminal offences and offences against workers’ rights).
Arianna also advises companies on national and international internal investigations and on the implementation of corporate compliance programmes.
