Anusha Ramesh

Anusha is a counsel at Trilegal and part of the firm’s dispute resolution practice. Her practice focuses on white-collar defence, investigations, and general commercial litigations. Anusha routinely advises and assists clients in defending regulatory, enforcement or prosecutorial actions initiated under anti-corruption, anti-money-laundering and foreign investment laws. She has worked on several multi-jurisdictional internal investigations involving anti-corruption, securities regulations and corporate fraud. Anusha also regularly advises multi-national companies in navigating cross-border ramifications arising from global regulatory actions including under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and UK Bribery Act.
