Andre Luis Leme is a senior associate at Demarest Advogados based in São Paulo, Brazil. He is part of the firm’s compliance, investigations and white-collar practice group, where his practice focuses on internal investigations of different levels of complexity and compliance due diligences in merger and acquisition transactions. He also assists clients on the drafting of legal opinions and risk analysis as well as in the implementation and review of compliance programmes.
He holds an LLB from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo (USP) and a postgraduate degree in fundamental rights from the University of Coimbra. He has been a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional International (CCEP-I) with the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) since 2014.
