Alper Arslan is a senior associate at Coşar Avukatlık Bürosu. He specialises in international and local arbitration as well as litigation. He has represented both state and private parties in commercial and investment treaty arbitrations before ICSID, ICC and Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution tribunals.

Alper is a graduate of Ankara University Law School (1999). He also received an LLM from Nottingham University in 2002. He is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
