Alfonso Iglesia coordinates the Litigation and Arbitration Area. He has been a practicing lawyer since 1989 and has extensive experience in directing a wide range of judicial and arbitration proceedings, both national and international. He specializes in construction-engineering law and civil liability.

In the field of construction-engineering law, he has represented Spanish and foreign companies in a large number of national and international projects, having provided advice from the contract negotiation phase to their defense before courts of justice or arbitration, through negotiation procedures, mediation, expert determination and Disputes Boards. In the field of civil liability, he has intervened in cases such as litigation derived from tobacco consumption (representing a multinational tobacco company in different proceedings) or the fire at the Windsor building in Madrid (representing the company that owns the building).

He has represented several companies included in the IBEX 35 index and multinational companies.
