Associate, Reed Smith

Alejo is an associate in Reed Smith’s global regulatory enforcement group. He focuses his practice on white-collar criminal defence, regulatory enforcement and cross-border compliance, and regularly conducts corporate internal investigations. He has significant experience with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the UK Bribery Act and anti-money laundering regulations, as well as federal securities laws. He has provided general in-house legal advice, including anti-corruption compliance trainings, and has substantial experience managing large investigations, including conducting electronic discovery, document production and witness interviews. Alejo is a member of the Federal Bar Council, where he serves on the Public Service Committee.
