Aleesha Fowler is a senior associate in Baker McKenzie’s North America litigation and government enforcement practice group in Washington, DC. Aleesha focuses her practice on white-collar criminal defence, corporate compliance and complex civil litigation that often arises from parallel regulatory investigations. She advises individuals and multinational companies on issues relating to anti-corruption and fraud, and routinely assists companies in implementing compliance programmes that align with regulatory standards. Aleesha also has extensive experience with advising multinational companies on supply chain compliance and ESG-related risks, and she is an editor of Baker McKenzie’s Global Supply Chain Compliance Blog.
Aleesha received her BA from the University of Virginia (with Distinction), and her JD from Cornell University, where she was an Honor’s Fellow and President of Cornell’s Black Law Students Association.
