Specialised in international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. He advises Spanish and foreign companies that are submitted to international arbitration, in relation to international energy and construction projects. He has also represented private investors before public authorities, particularly in Africa and Latin America.
He enjoys national and international recognition as a promoter of arbitration in Spain and has extensive experience in the resolution of commercial disputes related to energy projects, joint ventures, engineering and construction. He has participated in more than 100 arbitrations and alternative dispute resolution (including mediation, adjudication, and dispute resolution panels).
