Aditya Vikram Bhat is a senior partner based in the Bangalore office of AZB & Partners. With over 18 years of experience, Aditya focuses on litigation, arbitration, investigations, mergers, acquisitions and foreign inward investment. Aditya was recommended for litigation by the RSG India Report 2015 and by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2015.
Aditya’s key areas of expertise include white-collar criminal prosecution (for private complaints) and defence; matters involving bribery corruption, money laundering and other economic offences; advising clients on investigations by the Serious Fraud Investigations Office or Enforcement Directorate, the Confederation of British Industry, state anti-corruption bureaus, state economic offences wings; advising and conducting internal investigations proceedings; advising on and appearing in civil and commercial litigation, corporate disputes, shareholder oppression and mismanagement proceedings; and advising on and appearing in ad hoc and institutional arbitrations in India, London, Singapore, the Netherlands and Mauritius.
