Khadim Al-Faraj is a solicitor at Carter-Ruck. He studied law at Newcastle University in England and worked at a large international law firm and a specialist litigation firm before joining Carter-Ruck in 2018. He has worked on high-profile sanctions, international investment and commercial arbitration and litigation, business crime and reputation management matters.
Khadim is also part of the team advising Al Jazeera Media Network on its ICSID arbitration proceedings against the Arab Republic of Egypt for damages pursuant to Egypt’s breach of a bilateral investment treaty. He speaks fluent Arabic and English.
