Tim Grave specialises in regulatory investigations, commercial dispute resolution and related advice across a wide range of matters, including Corporations Act matters, directors’ duties, commercial and contractual disputes, equitable claims, white-collar crime, competition law, sanctions advice, internal investigations and contentious enforcement matters.
