James Brady is a partner based in the London office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. His practice includes regulatory enforcement and banking litigation matters and he has represented clients in relation to investigations by the Financial Conduct Authority, Prudential Regulation Authority and the Serious Fraud Office, as well as in cross-border investigations involving overseas enforcement agencies. Mr Brady has been named as a “Rising Star” by Legal Week, and recognised by Chambers UK for his banking litigation expertise. Mr Brady holds a first-class honours degree in law from University College London and also studied at the University of New South Wales.
