US Senate investigates financial services industry

The US Senate's banking committee has set up an investigative team to look into issues within the financial services industry, sources told Reuters. The team reportedly consists of a former employee of the senate’s intelligence sub-committee, and two staffers who previously worked for the US House of Representatives’ financial services and oversight committees.
