Texas-based property developer linked to Petrobras scandal

Houston-based property developer Hines is reportedly conducting an internal investigation into whether it made improper payments in 2004 to officials at Brazil’s state-controlled oil company Petrobras in 2004, after Brazilian newspaper O Globo reported the allegations in July.
