Tesco in DPA talks

UK supermarket chain Tesco is in preliminary talks about entering into a deferred prosecution agreement (DPA) with the UK’s Serious Fraud Office (SFO) over an accounting scandal that meant the company found a £326 million shortfall in its profits in 2014, according to reports.
