South Korea fines Volkswagen US$12.3 million over emissions scandal
South Korea's environment ministry has fined German car manufacturer Volkswagen US$12.3 million and ordered it to recall 125,000 cars, after finding that some of its models were fitted with devices that could cheat emissions tests, according to reports.
