Société Générale to pay $1.3bn in connection with Libya bribery and Libor investigations

Two well-known Parisian lawyers and partners from Skadden and Debevoise & Plimpton helped Société Générale enter into the first-ever coordinated agreement with French and US authorities to resolve Gaddafi-era bribery allegations.
