Snyder: Compliance monitors may be needed even after guilty pleas

The US Department of Justice will consider requiring companies to hire and use antitrust compliance monitors even when a company pleads guilty to a crime and cooperates with an investigation, a senior DoJ official said today. Ron Knox at the ABA Spring Meeting.
