SEC subpoenas Flowserve in FCPA investigation

Valve and pump manufacturer Flowserve said on 30 July the US Securities and Exchange Commission has subpoenaed the company for information about a possible FCPA violation. In particular, the regulator is seeking more information about a former Flowserve employee who was fired after the company uncovered possible violations of US anti-bribery laws.
