SEC subpoenas Alexion Pharmaceuticals in FCPA probe

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) sent Alexion Pharmaceuticals a subpoena in May in connection with an FCPA probe into conduct in Japan, Brazil, Turkey and Russia, the US-based company said in an SEC filing on 31 July.
