SEC declines to take FCPA enforcement action against NCR

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has told US technology company NCR that it does not intend to penalise the company in connection with an investigation into possible FCPA violations in Africa, China, and the Middle East, the company revealed in an SEC filing on 31 July.
