Scotland secures first UKBA corporate settlement

Scottish network infrastructure company Brand-Rex has agreed to pay £212,800 to settle civil charges that it failed to prevent bribery by a third party, under section 7 of the UK Bribery Act, Scotland's prosecution service said in a statement on 25 September.
