PAEs push back against FTC probe

While generally supportive of the US Federal Trade Commission’s plan to investigate companies that make money buying patents and asserting them against users, a group of high-tech companies and intellectual property groups cautioned that the agency’s probe could be over-broad and hamper legitimate businesses.
