OECD says tax administrators should have access to SARs
In a report that analysed the data of 28 countries, the OECD said that tax authorities should access suspicious activity and transaction reports from local financial intelligence units, to help tackle financial crimes such as tax evasion, money laundering, terrorist financing and corruption.
