Novartis sets aside US$400 million for US kickback case
Swiss pharmaceutical company Novartis has set aside US$400 million, including legal costs, to settle allegations from the US Department of Justice (DoJ) that it paid doctors kickbacks to boost the sale of its drugs in the US, the company said on 27 October.
