New US guidelines fail to address the primary challenge of prosecuting individuals

The DoJ has introduced new prosecution guidelines that it hopes will strengthen its ability to prosecute top executives in white-collar crime cases, but lawyers say the DoJ will continue to find it difficult to prove such cases beyond reasonable doubt.
