NCA examining its "systemic" use of unlawful warrants
The UK’s National Crime Agency (NCA), which is touted by some as a potential successor to the Serious Fraud Office, has launched an internal inquiry into its use of warrants after three money-laundering cases collapsed because the agency may have used unlawful evidence-gathering techniques.
