Korean exec improperly convicted of corruption, says Supreme Court
South Korea’s Supreme Court has ordered a partial retrial of the former chairman of conglomerate CJ Group, Lee Jay-hyun, after it ruled that the country’s high court improperly applied the law when convicting him of breach of trust.
