Judge is skeptical of Alstom executive's plea for more time
In a pretrial hearing on 30 October, counsel for former Alstom executive Lawrence Hoskins, who is accused of violating the FCPA, said they may not be ready for the scheduled trial date in November, owing to delays in receiving “critical” documents, GIR Just Anti-Corruption reports.
