Judge Moro loses jurisdiction over part of major Brazilian bribery case
The Brazilian Supreme Court ruled on 23 September to move part of the widening corruption case connected to state-controlled oil company Petrobras away from the reach of Judge Sergio Moro and the federal prosecutors in Curitiba, who until now have had almost complete control of the investigation.
