Hungarian execs reject SEC's jurisdiction claim in FCPA case

Three former executives at Hungarian company Magyar Telekom, who are accused of bribing Macedonian officials, argued in a US district court filing on 6 November that the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has wrongly claimed jurisdiction over the FCPA case, GIR Just Anti-Corruption reports.
