Hong Kong fines BNP Paribas over dark pool failures
Hong Kong's Securities and Futures Commission has fined BNP Paribas's Asian securities subsidiary HK$15 million for failures concerning its dark pool – a private exchange allowing investors to trade securities without orders being visible to others – the agency said in a statement on 3 August.
