GIR launches the 2018 Due Process Guide

Germany’s Public Prosecutor’s Office kept its top A grade in this year’s Due Process Guide, while last year’s joint top scorer, Hong Kong’s SFC, was marked down after lawyers criticised the agency for its overly aggressive stance to legal privilege.
