German constitutional court blocks prosecutors from using seized Jones Day documents

The highest federal court in Germany ruled on 26 July that prosecutors in Munich cannot examine documents seized from Jones Day's offices during a raid in March as it could infringe on the legal privilege between the law firm and its client, Volkswagen.
