Frankfurt prosecutors monitoring German Fifa bribery allegations

The Frankfurt Prosecutor’s Office is reportedly considering whether to open a formal investigation into the German football association, Deutscher Fussball-Bund (DFB), which has been accused of bribing officials at world football governing body Fifa to host the World Cup in 2006.
