FINRA may act against Merrill Lynch over anti-money laundering compliance
The US Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has been investigating Bank of America Merrill Lynch for failing to detect the crimes of a former financial adviser who pleaded guilty to helping to hide an insider-trading scheme and launder the proceeds, reports say.
