FinCEN files motion for voluntary remand in FBME case
The US Financial Crimes Enforcement Network filed a motion on 28 September asking the US District Court for the District of Columbia to grant more time for the authority to reconsider its final ruling against Tanzania-based bank FBME to address due process failings in its original anti-money laundering enforcement action.
