FCA’s Barclays final notice shows effects of Macris judgment

The FCA is taking steps to ensure that its final notices, including its most recent one to Barclays, are written without identifying individuals, after it was reprimanded in May for improperly identifying a former manager at JP Morgan in a final notice.
