FCA report into HBOS collapse recommends investigation into former executives
A report published on 19 November by the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority and the Bank of England into the collapse of high street bank HBOS has found that the bank’s former board is to blame for the bank’s collapse in 2008 and its subsequent need for a £20 billion tax payer bailout.
