FCA decides against fining the Co-operative Bank
The UK's Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority have decided against imposing a fine on the Co-operative Bank even though the bank failed to ensure that the information it provided to investors was accurate, the financial regulator said in a statement on 11 August.
