Ex-Deutsche Bank traders could face re-sentencing over Libor rigging

US prosecutors have called for the sentences of former Deutsche Bank traders Gavin Black and Matthew Connolly, who were convicted in 2018 of manipulating a global benchmark rate, to be reconsidered due to a “procedural error”.
