DoJ secures guilty verdict against senior manager in Libor case

The DoJ has scored convictions of two former UK-based Rabobank derivative traders, including a high-ranking manager, for manipulating Libor. But the defendants intend to appeal against the decision because of the US government's reliance on a witness they say was tainted by exposure to testimony compelled by the UK's financial regulator.
