Credit Suisse pays SEC US$4.25 million for data discrepancies
Credit Suisse has agreed to pay US$4.25 million to settle charges brought by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that it submitted inaccurate information about trades carried out by its customers over a two-year period, according to a statement by the SEC on 28 September.
