CGU extends leniency agreement deadline for 16 companies

Brazil's main anti-corruption authority, the Office of the Comptroller General (CGU), has extended a deadline to conclude administrative proceedings against 16 companies accused of bribery in Operation Carwash – the corruption investigation surrounding state-controlled oil company Petrobras, according to reports.
